Terms of service

ClinicOS is provided as a subscription service to clinics, private hospitals, diagnostic centres and laboratories in Bangladesh.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your staff sign-in address, passwords and secret tokens confidential.

Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period. When a period ends, a short grace period applies; your data is retained and becomes available again on renewal.

We may suspend a clinic that misuses the service, attempts to access other customers' data, or fails to pay.

The service is provided with reasonable care and regular backups; medical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.
